If you are not 100% happy with your purchase and would like to return an item please follow the steps below:
- Read our Delivery & Returns policy to confirm your rights to return items and a refund or exchange.
- Complete the Product Return Form (PRF) below or on your Delivery Note. Please include a copy of the PRF with the returned item to ensure efficient handling of your case.
- If opened, repack your product into the original packaging including all instructions and accessories and the PRF. The product must be returned to our warehouse in a fully resaleable condition to avoid your claim being rejected or a repackaging fee charged.
- Clearly address the return to our warehouse:

- Reseal the packaging and send either using CTT or other delivery service. It is advisable to photograph the product and packaging prior to sending and also requesting a delivery confirmation / tracking number.
- You will receive an email notification when the parcel is received.
- Your claim will be processed and any refund made within 14 days of receipt.
If your item was received incorrectly or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we may arrange collection and where possible a replacement.
