Cherry wood smoking chips provide a light and fruity smoke that can be sweet or tart.
Cherry smoking chips are a great addition to beef, pork, poultry, lamb, game, and fish. Because cherry is a hardwood it can last a little longer when smoking. Ideal for use in the Napoleon Smoker Pipe or Smoker Box accessories, or the integrated smoker tubes in the PRO665/825.
